With more than 350 homes under our management, there is always something to do. From repairs and maintenance to small-scale renovations. Together with your colleagues you see what is needed and then carry it out independently or as a team. Thanks to your experience you can switch quickly and you know how to find practical solutions.
Variety of technical jobs, including: wall installation, painting, inventory repairs, various plumbing jobs and more;
Furnishing and vacating homes, including replenishing or replacing inventory;
Liaise with office on planning and progress.
In short: you are the professional who ensures that our customers are happy when you have visited!

We are looking for someone who wants to use their experience to solve diverse challenges in our homes quickly and practically. This works best if you work well independently, but also enjoy being part of a team.
Technical experience and broad knowledge of maintenance work;
Physically fit and able to perform some heavier work as well;
In possession of a driver’s license;
Reliable, meticulous and used to responsibility.

You will join Bright, a close-knit team of 15 colleagues. We rent out homes for foreign employees in the South-West Netherlands region and are committed to quality and service on a daily basis. We have a friendly, positive work mentality. Hard work, but with fun! A nice breakfast on Monday morning, many staff outings and a nice Friday afternoon drink where even colleagues who are off work come back!
