Lead a publications team executing strategic publication plans for immunology assets, managing clinical manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations. Oversee staff performance, budget, and cross-functional coordination with Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications. Report to Director of Publication Execution.
Lead publications team in executing and monitoring strategic publication plans for assigned therapeutic assets
Oversee tactical execution of clinical manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations within timelines and budgets
Manage and develop direct reports; conduct performance assessments, training, and talent retention efforts
Partner with Scientific Communications and Publications leadership to align strategy and manage outsourcing budgets
Review publications for quality alignment and provide direction to internal/external medical writers and vendors

Bachelor's degree minimum; PhD, PharmD, or Master's preferred
4–5 years medical/scientific publications or pharmaceutical industry experience
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior-level presentation ability
Working knowledge of statistical concepts and clinical publication best practices
Ability to interpret medical data and manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools
