• Open RMA packages and perform physical and visual inspection.
• Keeping track of return record and following up on related process with vendors.
• Communicate with vendors for updates and solutions on new and pending issues.
• Handling shipping process for RTV packages.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness at receiving dock and warehouse at all time
• Maintain daily reports and handling documents.
• Lead RTV team members.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Detail oriented and good time management.
• Independent person and a strong team player.
