We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in processing client shipments and managing warehouse functions (shipping/receiving). This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in customs regulations, and supply chain management while contributing to the efficiency and security of our logistics network. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is responsible for physical handling and coordination relating to all aspects of freight in an efficient and safe manner.
Follow all work and safety rules
Perform monthly inventory and physically count and verify piece counts
Complete a monthly inventory log on storage accounts
Build consolidations and create manifest for shipments moving northbound
Check goods for damages, confirm piece count, review documentation, and sign for goods received
Weigh and dimensionalize freight (UPS and airfreight)

Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
Client Service oriented -- interpersonal skills with internal/external clients and coworkers
Ability to handle large volumes and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail; organization, completeness and accuracy
Good analytical skills with problem-solving ability
Ability to make decisions and recommendations within authorized limitations
Ability to present a professional image.

WORK EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED
Required: High School/GED or equivalent
Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is 16.50-23.00 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
