Chainable is growing fast. In 2026 we will realize approximately 1,200 kitchens, with the ambition to grow to 3,000 kitchens per year in 2029. To support this growth, we are strengthening our team with an Operational Purchaser who will ensure that our materials, suppliers and processes are optimally organized.Within the organization you will work closely with colleagues from work preparation and the warehouse. The lines of communication are short and there is plenty of room to help think about improvements in purchasing, inventory management and collaboration with suppliers.
As Operational Purchaser you are responsible for the daily purchasing process and ensure that materials and products are available on time and at the right conditions.Your duties include:● Placing and following up purchase orders● Monitoring delivery times and maintaining contact with suppliers● Coordinating with work preparation on material requirements and planning● Coordinating with the warehouse on stock, deliveries and receipt of goods● Checking order confirmations and invoices● Signaling and solving delivery problems● Administrative processing of purchase data in the ERP system● Thinking along about improvements in the purchasing and inventory process
● MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics, business administration orsupply chain● Experience in an operational purchasing position is a plus● Good communication skills and a proactive attitude● Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail● Affinity with planning (both materials and services)● Experience with ERP systems and Excel● Good command of the Dutch language
