Plater Operator

dormakaba is seeking a First Shift (6:00AM-2:30PM) Plater Operator based in Indianapolis, IN. The Plater Racker is responsible for gathering proper racks, parts, and supplies to perform racking/un-racking responsibilities.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $18/hr. - $20/hr. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (details provided during interview)
Gather proper racks, parts, and supplies to perform racking/un-racking responsibilities
Rack parts prior to plating according to production goals
Un-rack, clean, inspect, and count parts coming out of plater
Operate conveyor & other equipment as required
Follow work instructions/standard operating procedures (SOP)

High school diploma or equivalent
