JF Restaurants at The Wall Street Hotel is hiring a to join our award-winning team. This role works closely with our Executive Chef and Corporate Pastry Chef to deliver a refined, seasonal dessert program that reflects our commitment to flavor, technique, and hospitality.

Daily mise en place and execution of plated desserts for dinner service
Accurate and timely plating during service
Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized station
Weekly inventory and ordering for the pastry station

2+ years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery
Strong technical foundation: choux, creams, chocolate, meringues
Attention to detail in shaping, finishing, and plating
Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently under pressure
Team-oriented with clear communication and a positive attitude
Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food safety and proper storage practices
