Cencora seeks an ambulatory pharmacy technician for its Methodist Community Pharmacy location in Dallas. The role supports pharmacy operations through order processing, documentation, inventory management, and customer service across retail and healthcare settings.
Process medication orders and maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
Manage inventory support activities and monitor supply availability
Resolve routine service issues and escalate complex exceptions appropriately
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support workflow and patient needs
Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives

High school diploma or GED
2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare operations experience
Customer-focused with strong multitasking abilities
Receptive to feedback and willing to learn
