Liquid(Paint) Process Engineer, Cheonan Plant

Responsible for process management and continuous improvement of liquid paint products at the Cheonan Plant, including the industrialization and localization of new paint products in Cheonan. Lead process optimization activities to improve productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and cost competitiveness while ensuring compliance with EHS Management Systems and quality standards.
Drive the scale-up and implementation of new products, provide technical support for manufacturing operations, and collaborate closely with Global Technology, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHS teams to stabilize processes and resolve manufacturing issues. Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions related to process and production issues, including customer complaints (VOC).
Work closely with the Maintenance and Engineering team to improve equipment reliability, production capacity, process automation, and plant performance. Support capital projects, equipment modification, automation initiatives, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing operations. Deliver operator training on new products, process safety, operational excellence, and quality control practices.
