Process operator At a sober company in Twente we are looking for a Process Operator who knows how to get things done. Someone with technical insight, a practical mindset, and a healthy dose of rural mentality. As a Process Operator, you ensure that our mixing line continues to operate. You mix different recipes in the correct order, properly set up the installations, and at the same time keep a close eye on ensuring everything is proceeding according to plan. If something doesn’t seem right, you’ll see it in time and take action.
Operation, control and monitoring of production facilities and process equipment.
Performing process controls and recording production data.
Detecting, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions and deviations.
Performing quality controls and monitoring product quality.
Working according to safety regulations, procedures and work instructions.
Contribute to improving safety, quality and efficiency.
Working together with colleagues from production, technical service and the quality department.
Able to direct your colleagues where necessary.

What are we looking for?
Experience as a process operator and/or a VAPRO A diploma is a plus.
Technical insight and a practical, solution-oriented approach.
A sense of responsibility and an eye for safety and quality.
You can work both independently and as part of a team.
You are precise, eager to learn, and take initiative.
You are willing to work in shifts, if applicable.
