Production Manager

17.96 - 20 gross per hour
Cooperating foreman For a concrete company we are looking for a production manager who is responsible for the daily management of a small production team. You ensure that the work runs smoothly, the quality is in order, and everyone knows what needs to be done. You are close to the employees and actively participate when necessary.
As a production manager, you are the point of contact on the production floor. You ensure structure, good collaboration, and a smooth flow of the production process. You lead a team of up to 8 employees and know how to motivate people to work together to achieve the best results.
Managing and supervising up to 8 production workers on a daily basis.
Distributing tasks and monitoring the daily schedule.
Checking the quality of the products and the work carried out.
Monitoring the progress and identifying any bottlenecks.
Monitoring safe working practices and adhering to the agreements made.
The guidance and training of new employees.
Contribute to improving the production process.
Maintaining good cooperation within the team.

What are we looking for?
You are a practical and committed manager who communicates clearly and likes to take responsibility. You know how to lead a team in a positive way and dare to address employees when necessary.
Do you have experience in a production environment, preferably in the concrete industry or a similar technical environment.
Do you have experience in managing or supervising employees?.
You can organize well, prioritize, and keep an overview.
Do you have an eye for quality, safety and efficient working methods?.
Are you solution-oriented and are you happy to get your hands dirty?.
Do you know the Dutch language well and/or do you speak English well enough to give clear instructions?.
