Hours scheme: three-day shift plan, Monday to Friday
Thermaflex is an international company founded in 1976 in the Netherlands. We have also been operating in Poland since 1992 as Thermaflex Izolacji Sp. z o.o., offering modern insulation and installation solutions used in heating, refrigeration and drinking water distribution. In our business, we prioritise quality, product durability and care for the environment.
For our plant in Żarów, we are looking for people who want to develop their skills in the field of production and join our team on a long-term basis.
Operating production machinery on a designated section of the production line Packing and labelling products Checking the quality and compliance of products with requirements, including visual inspection Stacking finished products onto pallets Preparing raw materials and supplies for production Regranulating rejected products for material reuse Carrying out auxiliary and tidying tasks Maintaining order in the workplace and adhering to health and safety regulations
What are we looking for
Experience in production work Manual dexterity Willingness to work a three-shift system Accuracy and responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks Commitment and motivation to work Willingness to commit to long-term employment
Forklift licence. Possession of this is not a condition of employment.
