Production Operator, Rock Hill Plant
Shift: 2nd shift, 4pm - 2:30am
Pay: $22.87

The Production Worker is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing operations.

• Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or repair needs.
• Maintain production quality and efficiency standards.
• Transport materials and equipment as needed.
• Comply with all safety policies and operating procedures.

• Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to climb stairs as required.

• Work Environment- Manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to production equipment and varying temperatures.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capability to lift and move materials as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Manual dexterity to handle labeling equipment and materials effectively.
• Ability to bend and reach as necessary during labeling operations.
• Ability to walk upstairs as required in the work environment.

Work Environment

• The role is typically performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, with exposure to machinery and equipment.
• Employees may be exposed to hot and cold temperatures.
