Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
Preferably experience in the coordination of building construction projects
Proficiency in MS Office and common communication tools
Very good command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement
An independent, goal-oriented, and structured approach to work, combined with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, is essential
Strong team orientation and a high degree of flexibility

Comprehensive coordination of projects in the field of roofing and facade construction, primarily within an international (global) context
Planning and monitoring of delivery schedules in close coordination with our sales department, production facilities in Germany, our planning office, and our clients
Full export processing, including the preparation of shipping and customs documentation
Liaison with freight forwarders and logistics service providers to ensure the seamless transport of our products to project sites
Compliance with all national and international regulations regarding customs and foreign trade
Extensive support for our clients throughout the project lifecycle
