IT Project Manager

We are hiring a proactive IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives, oversee IT implementation projects, and ensure smooth delivery within scope, time, and cost.

Roles & Responsibilities

✔️ Manage end-to-end IT and SAP project lifecycles.

✔️ Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

✔️ Create and maintain project documentation.

✔️ Lead daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.

✔️ Collaborate with business and technical teams.

✔️ Mitigate risks and resolve project bottlenecks.

✔️ Ensure compliance with IT security and governance.

✔️ Monitor resource allocation and project budgets.

✔️ Track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✔️ Provide stakeholder updates and reports.

✔️ Ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT).

✔️ Supervise vendor and third-party engagements.

✔️ Coach and mentor junior project team members.

✔️ Align IT projects with business growth strategy.

✔️ Ensure on-time delivery with high quality standards.
