Project Manager

Coordinates and monitors project and support teams to ensure timely implementation of organizational projects.
Quotation and Planning1. work with PM/PJM and PDE to understand customer NPI requirements2. Work wiht footprint PJM and Sourcing to Identify project goal and scope and requirements for migration project3. Work with Sourcing and PBL supplier for qualition, get engineering support if needed4. Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliveriables and tasks in projects.5. Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L (W/O PJM)6. Workout project tooling development or migration timeline, including tooling development (or transfer) and qualification, sample making and delivery, product qualification and GTP7. Track RFQ progrss and project status (win or drop)
Project Execution1. After project officially kickoff, setup project team including supplier and balance the resources against project task requirements2. Lead TE cross function team and PBL supplier to workout project timeline and track actual progress to ensure all tasks on schedule (design / sample / qualifcation etc.)3. Stay interlocked with PjM, review and monitor projects progress and drive for implemention. Ensure successful execution to overall project timeline4. Support tooling order and / or sample order to supplier5. As project leader to lead Micro Lite project and QNPI6. As project leader to lead PBL internal migration project7. Support footprint PJM to be receiving side project leader (move from plant to supplier8. Drive sample delivery on time, drive qualification and production document on schedule9. Follow system setup and safe launch on time
Project tracking and presentation1. Track project execution against plan, balance the priorities2. Call regular review meeting, organize whole team to improve bottleneck tasks 3. Present project progress to management team, highlight risk and support needed
Project go to production1. Lead safe launch process audit 2. Hold ramp up and project close meeting to transfer the project to mass production3. Summary lesson learn for those key NPI and migration project and share for future project better management
