Lola's Waterfront Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead one of South Florida's premier waterfront dining destinations.

Responsibilities: Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards Partner with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve results Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused culture
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Experience managing P&Ls, labor costs, and operational performance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
