€16 bruto per uur + aantrekkelijke bonussen (geen plafond als jij goed bent);
25 vakantiedagen + 8% vakantiegeld;
Toegang tot onze LEO-leeromgeving (onboarding + doorgroeimogelijkheden);
Laptop om op kantoor te werken;
Informele werksfeer, korte lijnen en een team dat gewoon wil knallen.

Je bent minimaal 2 dagdelen (4 uur per dagdeel) per week op kantoor beschikbaar;
Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau;
Je hebt een extreem lage beldrempel (serieus, je belt gewoon);
Je bent snel, scherp en niet bang voor afwijzing;
Je bent communicatief sterk, een tikkeltje brutaal en streetwise;
Ervaring in outbound sales, callcenters of telecom? Mooi meegenomen — geen must.
