The Riverina territory represents a significant opportunity. With an established customer base, new dealer partnerships emerging and strong growth potential across the region, we're looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, get out in front of customers and make a genuine impact.

You'll join PPG's Architectural Commercial team, representing the iconic Taubmans brand while working closely with dealers, commercial painters, applicators and key industry stakeholders across the region.

​Where you'll create impact
This is a highly visible customer-facing role focused on growing sales, strengthening partnerships and increasing market share throughout the Riverina territory. You'll:

• Build trusted relationships with dealers, commercial painters, applicators and trade customers
• Reconnect with existing customers and identify opportunities to win back lost business
• Develop and execute territory growth plans that deliver sustainable sales outcomes
• Identify new business opportunities across commercial and residential market segments
• Partner closely with dealer networks to maximise customer engagement and market presence
• Maintain a disciplined call-cycle and customer engagement plan
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and customer support
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage opportunities and maintain strong territory visibility
• Represent Taubmans and PPG as a trusted partner within the local market​

What success looks like
In your first 12 months, you'll focus on understanding the territory, reconnecting with customers, strengthening dealer relationships and identifying growth opportunities across the region.

It will be measured by your ability to earn trust, establish credibility in the market, uncover opportunities and create a platform for long-term growth.

You'll thrive in this role if you

• Are highly self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
• Naturally build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
• Have experience in Account Management, Territory Management or B2B Sales
• Enjoy developing business and creating growth within underdeveloped or underserved territories
• Are resilient, adaptable and excited by change
• Have strong planning, organisation and territory management skills
• Hold a valid driver's licence and enjoy being in front of customers

Industry experience we'd love to see
Experience from paints, coatings, building products, construction, trade, hardware or a related industry will be highly regarded.

We're particularly interested in candidates who understand dealer networks, commercial painting contractors, applicators or the broader construction and building materials market.

Previous experience as a painter looking to move into a commercial sales role may also be a great fit.
