Warehouse Associate Counter Sales Representative Job at Staff Perm, Fort Worth, TX
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate / Counter Sales Representative who can effectively manage warehouse tasks and provide excellent customer service at the counter.
This contract position involves a split schedule between warehouse duties and counter sales. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments organizing inventory assisting customers and processing orders using computer systems. The ideal candidate is flexible detail-oriented and comfortable working in both environments.
LOCATION: Fort Worth TX 76140
HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm / M-F

Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials supplies equipment and finished products under general supervision.
Receive goods verify items against shipment records and inspect their condition.
Gather verify and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
Route materials supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.

High School Diploma or GED.
Counter Sales or Customer Service skills.
Ability to pass drug test and background check.
Basic reading writing and numerical ability.
Valid drivers license with good driving record may be required.
Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to perform varied tasks.
