The will identify and close new business opportunities to increase the SIMULIA footprint. This role will sell value and strategic vision through direct channels to secure customer commitment on a long-term business transformation.
Communicate SIMULIA value by taking a bottom-up and/or top-down approach
Generate growth in sales priority areas defined by sales initiatives as determined by SIMULIA Brand / Industries
Extend sales reach to SIMULIA industry domains and segments other than those in primary scope by involving company ecosystem as appropriate
Create and develop high value and trusted relationships with Customer’s Champions and facilitate access to Customer’s Executives
Transform Marketing and Sales leads into opportunities
Create and manage the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the 3DS processes to achieve revenue plan
Manage the negotiation with the customer while complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, company policies and ethical standards for doing business
Provide an accurate forecast for rolling quarters and fiscal year

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years’ experience in technical software sales or business development (simulation exposure highly preferred)
Strong hunting mindset and drive (cold outreach, prospecting, qualifying and pitching)
Experience managing large enterprise accounts
Experience closing business in white space
Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Ability to Travel up to 20%

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $200000 and $240000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
