Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment
Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.

College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required
Good English communication skills - oral and written
Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks)
