What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Implementing and configuring SAP HCM solutions to streamline HR processes like payroll, time management, and benefits
✔️ Collaborating with HR, IT, and business teams to define and align HR system requirements
✔️ Customizing SAP HCM to address specific client needs for workforce management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
✔️ Integrating SAP HCM with other SAP systems and third-party platforms
✔️ Providing training and support to HR teams to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of SAP HCM
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) implementations and configurations
✔️ Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, time management, and performance management
✔️ Experience in integrating SAP HCM with other SAP solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors
✔️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
