Je komt terecht bij een organisatie van ruim 200 collega’s die al ruim 40 jaar software bouwt voor de . Hun eigen platform wordt dagelijks gebruikt door duizenden horecaondernemers; van kassasystemen en reserveringen tot personeelsplanning en online bestellingen. Alles ontwikkelen ze , dus je zit midden in een echt waar software, product en aan een platform dat continu in ontwikkeling is.
Binnen deze organisatie werken meerdere developmentteams. De meeste collega’s zitten in hun kantoor in Oost-Nederland, maar je werkt ook samen met collega’s in Duitsland. De voertaal is daarom regelmatig Engels. En juist daar zit een belangrijk onderdeel van deze rol; de zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van , verschillende belangen en . Niet iemand die alleen de scrum-events faciliteert, maar een stevige Scrum Master die teams echt verder brengt.
In deze rol werk je samen met Developers, Product Owners, Tech Leads en stakeholders en kijkt daarbij eerder dan je eigen team. Waar zitten de ? Waar ontstaan afhankelijkheden? Wat moet er veranderen om teams beter te laten samenwerken? Jij ziet het, maar maakt het en helpt de organisatie vooruit.
Als Senior Scrum Master begeleid je een of meerdere developmentteams en helpt ze groeien in eigenaarschap, samenwerking en volwassenheid. Denk aan:
Meebouwen aan de verdere van de organisatie
Product Owners en Tech Leads uitdagen en ondersteunen
Afhankelijkheden en obstakels tussen teams aanpakken
Agile verbeteringen initiëren die verder gaan dan een team

Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master of Agile Coach
Ervaring binnen een software development omgeving
Sterk in coaching, stakeholdermanagement en verandermanagement
Goede kennis van Scrum & Agile
Je voelt je comfortabel in een Engelstalige omgeving

Salaris tot €6000,- bruto o.b.v. 40 uur (excl. 8% vakantiegeld)
Mogelijkheid om 32 tot 40 uur te werken
