Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions in consultation with senior management.
Manage site logistics, including material delivery, equipment allocation, and waste management.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed daily logs and progress reports.
Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules and budget tracking.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
Contribute to a positive and productive working environment, fostering teamwork and efficiency.

Requirements
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Medior-level experience (typically 2-4 years) in a site supervision, project coordination, or similar role within the construction industry.
Solid understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and quality control procedures.
Demonstrable knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., VCA-VOL).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and liaising with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential given the primary operational area.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within North Holland.
Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
