Voor een groeiende non-profitorganisatie binnen de zoeken wij een enthousiaste . Deze organisatie speelt een cruciale rol in het faciliteren van datastromen tussen energieleveranciers. Ze beheren onder meer centrale systemen voor klantoverstapprocessen en verrekeningen binnen de energiemarkt. Met zo’n 400 medewerkers en een sterke groeiambitie is dit dé plek voor testers die zich technisch willen verdiepen én maatschappelijke impact willen maken.
In een wereld waarin energie steeds centraler staat in maatschappelijke discussies en geopolitieke ontwikkelingen, is een betrouwbare IT-infrastructuur essentieel. En daar kom jij als software tester in beeld: jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van software die letterlijk de energietransitie ondersteunt.
Binnen de organisatie werk je in een compact, multidisciplinair team. Elk team bestaat uit zo’n 5-6 ontwikkelaars en minimaal één andere tester. Er wordt Agile/Scrum gewerkt, en kennisdeling tussen testers in verschillende teams wordt actief gestimuleerd via communities of practice. Dit geeft je de ruimte om je kennis te verbreden én bij te dragen aan verbeteringen in testaanpak en tooling.
In deze functie werk je hands-on met moderne . Afhankelijk van je team ga je aan de slag met testautomatisering in combinatie met de programmeertalen die binnen dat team gebruikt worden. Je bouwt en onderhoudt automatische testsuites en integreert deze in de bestaande . Je bewaakt de kwaliteit vanaf het begin van het ontwikkelproces.
Als denk je mee over teststrategieën, verbeteringen in het testproces en coach je collega’s die nog aan het begin van hun testcarrière staan. Je gaat aan de slag met het opzetten en uitbouwen van test automation frameworks.
Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met testautomatisering
Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau
Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend
Je bent gecertificeerd of bekend met of
Je hebt ervaring met Agile, Scrum of DevOps teams
Je bent leergierig en vindt het leuk om met nieuwe tools te werken

Brutosalaris tussen de per maand
Mobiliteitsbudget van €900,- per maand (ook te besteden aan leaseauto of OV)
Hybride werken: 2 dagen op kantoor in , rest flexibel
Contract voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
