As an Assistant Store Manager at Pit Stop Stores, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. You will assist in managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping others and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
Supervise and train store staff to provide exceptional customer service
Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
Assist in creating a positive work environment for all team members
Perform opening and closing duties as required

Prior retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
