As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the performance, reliability, and future of our Seixezelo operations. Reporting directly to the Plant General Manager—and with a dotted-line connection to the Business Unit Supply Chain Manager—you will act as a to Production, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Group Supply Chain teams.

Lead and develop a team of 34 people (5 direct reports), fostering a modern, coaching-oriented culture.
Support talent growth, succession planning, and performance management.
Promote engagement, collaboration, and continuous skill development across the team.
End-to-End Supply Chain & Customer Service
Ensure smooth order fulfilment and OTIF performance.
Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service to meet commitments.
Maintain proactive communication with customers and suppliers.

Drive forecasting, S&OP, and production planning.

Align demand, capacity, and supply across functions.
Warehousing, Distribution & Continuous Improvement
Oversee warehousing and distribution efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, CI, simplification).
Optimise transportation flows and delivery performance.
