How Technical Service Support works
Before the robot becomes operational, we assist you in preparing your farm for automatic milking from a technical perspective.
During the installation, we work closely with our colleagues from Farm Management Support. They provide us with advice and training on using robots and management systems.
After installation and start-up, you can continue to rely on us for questions on usage and technical optimisation. While the system is in operation, we pay regular visits to your farm for preventive maintenance.

You will receive a service car, phone and laptop from Lely for your daily work.
Working in an international work environment within one of the most innovative organizations in dairy farming and also the largest robot producer in Europe.
A training program at the start of employment of at least 12 weeks in which you will get to know the robots well.
