• Visual inspect products prior to testing
• Tests and identifies defective area(s) and inputs information into RMA repair database 3. Executes ECO upgrade
• Follow supervisor's instruction and testing procedures
• Adhere to standard testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality 6. Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Adhere to company and production department's policies and procedures
• Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor
• Vocation or college certificate or equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge of PC, System and Server operation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Window or Linux
• Ability to use diagnostic hand tools
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
