How Technical Service Support works
Before the robot becomes operational, we assist you in preparing your farm for automatic milking from a technical perspective.
During the installation, we work closely with our colleagues from Farm Management Support. They provide us with advice and training on using robots and management systems.
After installation and start-up, you can continue to rely on us for questions on usage and technical optimisation. While the system is in operation, we pay regular visits to your farm for preventive maintenance.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for and of and associated peripheral equipment at our customers, primarily dairy farmers. The activities are versatile and include , , and associated . You also take care of the commissioning of new (robot) systems and give operating instructions to customers. You ensure of all work performed: work orders, time sheets and parts processing. Running breakdown services is also part of the job. The challenge lies in the machines down to the smallest details, making them run and . With , we are always nearby for local support and expertise.

A training program at the start of employment of at least 12 weeks in which you will get to know the robots well.
