Wil jij als testspecialist de kartrekker zijn van testautomatisering binnen een snelgroeiende eHealth-organisatie? Voor een organisatie binnen de eHealth-sector zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Test Automation Engineer die met zijn of haar kennis direct wil bijdragen aan hoogwaardige, betrouwbare zorgplatformen.
De organisatie bouwt en schaalt e-commerce platformen die mensen grip geven op hun welzijn. Daarmee werk je aan software die dagelijks wordt gebruikt door klanten, patiënten en aangesloten artsen en apotheken.
Je komt terecht in een ambitieuze, ondernemende organisatie met een informele en persoonlijke cultuur. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng, korte lijnen en een team dat elke dag een stap beter wil worden.
Je bent betrokken bij twee development teams en rapporteert aan een van de teamleads. Als enige testautomatiseringsspecialist binnen de organisatie werk je nauw samen met architecten, IT-operation engineers en functioneel testers.
Als Test Automation Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten, doorontwikkelen en borgen van de testautomatisering binnen de organisatie. Je bent geen uitvoerend tester binnen een groot QA-team, maar de inhoudelijke kartrekker die bepaalt hoe kwaliteit structureel wordt geborgd.
Je test of opgeleverde software doet wat het moet doen, zowel voor nieuwe functionaliteiten als bestaande onderdelen, en dat voor zowel interne opleveringen als leveringen van externe partijen. Je streeft ernaar zoveel mogelijk geautomatiseerd te testen, met Playwright als belangrijkste tool, aangevuld met handmatig testen waar nodig.
Daarnaast zorg je voor gestructureerde testscripts, representatieve testdata en de integratie van testprocessen in de development-workflow. Je monitort ook de testen van het development team en ondersteunt andere afdelingen bij acceptatietesten. Je bent al vroeg betrokken bij refinement-sessies, zodat je vanaf het begin kunt meedenken over de kwaliteit van de software.
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring als tester
Ervaring met Playwright is een pré
Een certificering op het gebied van testen, zoals TMap of ISTQB, is een pré;
Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en durft kritisch te zijn op kwaliteit.

Een salaris tot , afhankelijk van ervaring;
Een winstafhankelijke uitkering van maximaal 8,33% van je bruto jaarloon;
