As a Junior Trader you join the commercial trade team to develop business and manage supplier and customer relationships across international dairy markets. You will identify unseen opportunities, close profitable deals and directly impact trading results. The role gives you responsibility, international travel and direct exposure to fast-moving markets. You will grow through structured development programs and mentorship from senior traders.
Maintain and further develop existing customer and supplier relationships
Create new business opportunities and expand assigned markets
Monitor market and product developments and report findings to the Managing Director and Commercial Director
Execute the commercial strategy in coordination with Senior Traders and Traders
Draft purchase and sales contracts using the correct Incoterms and payment terms
Visit customers and suppliers, attend international trade fairs and participate in weekly traders meetings

Hold a completed BSc or MSc in business, science or a related field
