We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support business operations, marketing efforts, and international outreach. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Create and update business profiles across various online platforms
Support marketing activities (social media, email outreach, content posting, etc.)
Conduct online research and compile findings in organized reports
Contact international companies and coordinate communications across time zones
Assist with administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, document prep, follow-ups)

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
Strong written communication and professional phone/email etiquette
Excellent organization, accuracy, and time management
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Marketing experience is a plus

Part-time with potential to grow based on performance
