Beachclub O. is all about quality time: Mediterranean dishes and delicious wines on the beach at Noordwijk. As a section server, you are the go-to person for guests, which means you take and enter orders, pour the wines and handle the bill.
You also make guests feel welcome and at ease; you know exactly who fancies a chat and who would rather enjoy themselves in peace. You think on your feet, give great advice, and with your smile the guest only has to say “Yes, please!”
Team O. is young, dynamic and diverse, so everyone can learn from and help each other. No experience yet, but keen to take your first step in a hospitality career? Don’t hesitate to apply: in no time you’ll be giving it your all in the restaurant, on the terrace or at the coolest events.
What will you do?
As a member of our waiting staff at Beachclub O., you’re responsible for:

• Assisting guests politely and courteously
• Explaining the menu and advising on dishes and wines
• Taking orders and entering them into our till system
• Pouring and topping up wines
• Settling the bill with guests

Who are we looking for?

You recognise yourself in the following profile

• Relevant work experience is a plus
• Good command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
• You’re resilient under pressure, enthusiastic, eager to learn and a team player
• Good salary: € 2,300 to € 2,400 based on full-time, incl. 8% holiday allowance
• 25 days’ holiday: with a full-time contract
• Travel allowance: for commutes of 10 km or more

• An hourly wage for serving staff of between € 9.80 and € 16.32 depending on your age, with the chance to earn up to € 2.00 more as you develop your skills further with our service passport
