Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse and distribution centers. This position will oversee the daily processes of the warehouse and may be assigned to one or more areas of focus. As Warehouse Supervisor, you must be a leader with excellent communication skills, drive, and performance quality standards.
Understand and familiar with all jobs regarding to be in charge of the team.
Backup / assist team member(s) if needed.
Mentoring/educate member(s) who making mistake(s).
Arrange well the workload of the team.
Complete additional duties which may be assigned by management.
Make sure all daily jobs are done by the end of day.
Optimize the working process smoothly, and prevent the mistake.
Follow company warehouse policies, procedures and WIP.
Observe safety and security procedures.
Meet productivity standards, including completing work in a timely manner for team's KPI.
Autonomous support another group in warehouse when available.
Arrange team OT if necessary and give them right instructions if you (must) leave in time.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Spoken and written English language ability
Flexible, self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, trustworthy and productive
