Operator 2-Shifts

In this role, you’ll work as an operator with modern production lines, get plenty of opportunities to develop yourself, and collaborate in a close-knit team. You’ll directly contribute to the quality of fresh products and take on real responsibility. With a solid salary, shift allowance, extra days off, and a year-end bonus, this is the place for you as an operator.

Over de vacature

As an operator in the 2-shift system in Purmerend, you’ll keep the production process running smoothly. You’ll start your shift by setting up the machines and preparing everything for production. Throughout your workday, you’ll monitor the process, make adjustments when needed, and cooperate with your team on the line. You’ll weigh, pack, and label products according to clear guidelines and make sure packaging materials are always available in time. Quality is key: you’ll perform checks for oxygen, allergens, metal detection, and product weights. You’ll solve minor technical issues yourself and call in technical support for bigger problems. At the end of your shift, you and your team will clean the production line for the next crew.
