• Manage multiple client accounts and handle full-cycle recruitment
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Create and publish job postings across platforms
• Coordinate the selection and hiring process
• Assist with HR responsabilities (reporting, conflict resolution, career growth)
• Manage good and stable relationshiop with clients
• Support employee documentation in collaboration with the back office
• Ensure targets and deadlines are met
• Contribute to company growth initiatives and process improvements

• Fluent English (required); Polish is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
• A proactive mindset and willingness to get involved
