Declaranten.nl is voor een opdrachtgever te Rotterdam per direct op zoek naar een die zorg gaat dragen voor een correcte invulling van de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de afdeling Douane. Het betreft hier hoogwaardige dienstverlening binnen algemene expeditie. je treedt direct in dienst bij deze opdrachtgever.

Customs Douane Declarant – Rotterdam
Hetin opdracht zelfstandig verzorgen van alle douanedocumentatie.
Het verzorgen van de correspondentie met Douane en contacten onderhouden.
Het verzamelen van alle informatie om douanedocumentatie correct op te maken.
Het controleren op de juistheid van de verzamelde gegevens.
Controle op douane technisch indelen van de aan te geven goederen.
Het onderhouden van contacten met alle interne en externe belanghebbenden van de zending.
Het uitvoeren van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures.
Het bijhouden van kennis omtrent veranderingen in douanewetgeving.
Verantwoording afleggen aan de manager douanezaken.

Werk & denkniveau op Mbo- niveau
In bezit van vakdiploma declarant (EVO of vergelijkbaar).
+- 3 relevante werkervaring als douane declarant.
Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke contactuele eigenschappen.
Dienstverlenende opstelling naar het team en de klant.
Bereidheid tot training, opleiding en of bijscholing.
Kennis van en met douanesoftware b.v. Fiton en software zoals MS-Office.
Beheersing van de Nederlandse- en de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
Teamspeler maar ook zelfstandig kunnen werken.
Woonachtig in de regio Rotterdam.
