What you'll do at Arslan Group
Are you customer-focused, a great communicator, and comfortable in front of the camera? At Arslan Group, you'll combine a dynamic front-office role with a visible presence in our marketing. You'll welcome clients and visitors, follow up on incoming leads, and represent our company in photos and videos.
Answer phone calls and warmly welcome visitors.
Manage our lead dashboard and ensure all inquiries are followed up promptly.
Contact potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Regularly take part in photo and video shoots for our marketing channels.
Record voiceovers and present in promotional videos.
Being visibly featured on camera is an essential and recurring part of this role. We're looking for someone who genuinely embraces this and is excited to represent Arslan Group—both at the front desk and on screen.
You are customer-oriented, professional, and easily connect with people.
You speak clear, fluent Dutch.
You feel at ease on camera and present naturally.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with follow-through.
You are available for 32–40 hours per week.
Experience in front office, customer service, or presenting is a plus.
A versatile role bringing together customer relations and marketing.
For 32 hours per week: a gross monthly salary of €2,105.26 to €2,526.32, depending on experience.
For 40 hours per week: a gross monthly salary of €2,631.58 to €3,157.89, depending on experience.
8% holiday pay, on top of your base salary.
