Declaranten.nl is voor onze opdrachtgever, een logistieke internationale organisatie in de regio Schiedam per direct op zoek naar eendouane declarant in de regio Schiedam Het betreft een fulltime positie. Je treedt direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever.De opdrachtgever is een groeiende logistieke internationale dienstverlener. Vanwege groei in klanten zijn ze op zoek naar verstekring van het douaneteam. De organisatie is innoverend en heeft een open cultuur. Eigen initiatief, humor en bereidheid om door te willen groeien, kenmerkt onze opdrachtgever.
Functie omschrijving: Declarant - Schiedam
Je handelt zelfstandig de douane aangifte af, zowel Ex als Import en de NCTS documenten.
Hierover heb je contact met de overheid afdeling Douane.
Je regelt de CVO en EUR aanvragen bij de KVK.
Je signaleert onregelmatigheden in de aanvragen en bespreekt deze met je leidinggevende.
Je communiceert met leveranciers, agenten, rederijen, vervoerders en klanten.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het accuraat en correct afhandelen van de (vracht) documenten.
Hiernaast verzorg je de pre financiële afhandeling van de cargo zendingen.

Je bezit MBO werk en denk niveau.
Je hebt minimaal een behaald diploma als basisopleiding declarant.
Je hebt enige jaren met ervaring als declarant.
Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
Je denkt mee over commerciële oplossingen.
Je hebt uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
Indien je ook nog Duits / Frans spreekt en schrijft is dit een grote pré.
Als persoon ben je flexibel, stressbestendig en bezit je een pro -actieve houding.
Je bent woonachtig in de omgeving van Schiedam.
