At ProfiNRG, we’re constantly on the move: new markets, new projects, new challenges. Our supply chain needs to be just as sharp as our ambitions. If You’re the one who brings structure, improves processes and ensures that everything runs smoothly, from ordering to on-site delivery.
You’ll organise the entire logistics operation, from incoming goods to direct deliveries to project sites. You’ll manage a team of three people, work closely with 3PL partners and digital tools, whilst remaining hands-on and stepping in where necessary. No two days are the same.

Your role will involve the following

Leading and working alongside the logistics team (3 colleagues);
Co-ordinating orders, transport and deliveries, from start to finish;
Planning and monitoring the flow of incoming and outgoing goods;
Managing external logistics partners and 3PL service providers;
Drawing up flexible plans that are actually achievable (no-nonsense, no empty promises);
Leading the transition from a physical warehouse to a digital logistics model;
Digitising processes using ERP, EDI and other smart tools;
Liaising on a daily basis with internal teams, suppliers and hauliers;
Using data to gain better control over stock, transport and performance.

You’re not the sort of person who just sits behind a desk. You like to get stuck in, think critically about processes and step in where needed. Change? Yes, please. You’re a connector: you keep systems, teams and partners on the same page.

See if this profile sounds like you

At least a higher vocational education (HBO) qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field;
A proven track record in digitising or improving logistics processes;
Proficient in ERP systems; experience with EDI integrations is a major plus;
You have previously managed a 3PL or external service provider (a strong advantage!);
Management experience and a coaching mindset;
Any experience with AFAS Profit? Bonus points;
You are fluent in both Dutch and English.

Salary: €4,750 – €5,750 gross per month (full-time);
Bonus: up to one month’s salary based on EBITDA;

Travel expenses: €0.25 per kilometre or public transport allowance;
Pension: ProfiNRG pays two-thirds of the contribution;
Bicycle lease scheme: yes, via Hello Rider;
