Introduction

You are at the end of the production line, keeping the sawing and welding machines running. You process steel tubes, lay them out, create base plates, and assist with the assembly of steel structures. The work is varied and all-round: you are not just a production worker or a welder, but both.

Organization

The production company manufactures steel structures and custom products such as supporting structures, stairs, railings, and platforms for various sectors. The team is small and close-knit, making collaboration a given: everyone helps each other where needed. The work is done under a roof, so it's dry, but exposed to the outdoor temperature. Speaking English is sufficient to communicate with colleagues of different nationalities.

Function

As a production employee/welder, you will work in the sawing and welding departments. You will saw and bundle steel tubes, place base plates using a welding manipulator, and assemble steel constructions such as brackets. You will check the dimensions and quality of parts and contribute to a tidy and safe working environment. You will work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, playing a key role in delivering high-quality steel products.
Your working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, full-time, 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements

This is you

• You have a driver's license.;
• You speak Dutch, English, or Polish;
• You are accurate and practical;
• Experience in production or welding is a plus.
