De organisatie is volledig is ingericht op hun nieuwste en belangrijkste product: een slim ecosysteem voor veehouderijen, met een intuïtieve bedieningsinterface gekoppeld aan een besturingscomputer die met geavanceerde algoritmes zorgt voor het perfecte stalklimaat en optimaal dierenwelzijn.
Totaal heeft het bedrijf 80 – 100 mederwerkers, waarvan een deel op kantoor en een deel in productie. Je maakt deel uit van een softwareteam van ongeveer 15 man. Het QA-team is nog klein en zal uit totaal 3 collega’s bestaan. Je werkt nauw samen met developers, testers en product managers, en trekt intensief op met de Lead Senior Software Engineer om de koers voor testen en kwaliteit te bepalen.
Als Senior QA Engineer bepaal jij samen met je team de teststrategie en aanpak, met een leidende, zelfstandige rol waarin ruimte is voor jouw eigen visie.
Je denkt mee over hoe sprint- en regressietesten het beste ingericht kunnen worden, en je zorgt voor het opschalen van geautomatiseerd testen — waarbij handmatig testen een blijvend onderdeel van de aanpak blijft. Je ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt geautomatiseerde tests; ervaring met testautomatisering in het algemeen is daarbij belangrijker dan kennis van één specifieke tool.
Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met developers en product owners om soepele, hoogwaardige releases te garanderen, en draag je bij aan het verbeteren van geautomatiseerd testen binnen de CI/CD-pipeline. Je begeleidt en coacht het groeiende QA-team, en je stimuleert een cultuur van kwaliteit, testbaarheid en kennisdeling.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met zowel handmatig als geautomatiseerd testen
Ervaring met het opschalen van geautomatiseerde testprocessen
Kennis van Playwright is een pré, maar geen harde eis: brede ervaring met testautomatisering is belangrijker
