How will you make an impact?
As a Process Operator Extrusion, you are responsible for running the process line. You change over, set up and start up, you monitor the process during production and you step in when needed. You are deployed on Extrusion and you lead the machine operators and production employees around you.
How do you do that?
You prepare the machine line, change it over, set it up and start up the extrusion or recycling process.
You operate the machines during production and adjust the settings based on deviations.
You resolve malfunctions and escalate in good time what you cannot fix yourself.
You lead the machine operators and production employees in your shift.
You monitor the quality and quantity of production and record output and consumption.
You pass on your knowledge of the process to colleagues who are learning the trade with us.
You contribute ideas for improvements to the process and to the line
What makes you our new colleague?
We are looking for someone who already masters the trade. You have extensive experience in a technical production environment and you feel at home with extrusion, raw materials and recycling processes. You work accurately, you keep an overview and you know how to act quickly when the process deviates. Just as important: you find it self-evident to share your knowledge with the people around you.
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
You have extensive experience as an operator in a technical production environment.
You have experience with extrusion processes, raw materials or recycling processes, or solid theoretical knowledge of them.
You have technical aptitude, work analytically and communicate clearly with colleagues on the shop floor.
You feel responsible for the process as a whole and take initiative in it.
You are willing to work in a 2 or 3-shift rotation.
You are physically fit, flexible and a team player.
You have a good command of Dutch; English is a plus.
You have an advantage if you…
Hold a VAPRO diploma or a comparable technical qualification.
Hold a forklift and reach truck certificate, or are willing to obtain them.
Are digitally skilled and have worked with an ERP system.

A salary between €2,800 and €3,400 gross per month, excluding allowance and depending on knowledge and experience.
A 25% shift allowance on top of your base salary.
