As a Production Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running efficiently and safely. Working in a 3 shift operation, you monitor production performance, operate machinery, and maintain product quality standards. You quickly identify and solve minor technical issues and work closely with colleagues and the technical team to achieve production targets. Your contribution helps deliver high quality packaging solutions to customers around the world.
Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines. Performing quality checks throughout the production process. Identifying and resolving minor machine faults. Monitoring production output and planning. Maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
€2,800.00 to €3,000.00 gross per month. 15% shift allowance on top of your monthly salary. Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer. 25 vacation days plus 8.33% holiday allowance. Wat wij van je vragen
Experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, or within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical understanding and problem solving skills. Availability to work in a 3 shift schedule. Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English. Flexibility to occasionally work on Saturdays.
