We are rapidly expanding our ServiceNow Business Group in the Netherlands & Nordics and seeking visionary Senior ServiceNow Developer to help our clients transform their businesses, drive innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions aligned with client requirements and ServiceNow best practices.
Maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platform.
Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems and platforms.
Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and continuously improve existing solutions.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, innovations, and relevant certifications.
Support and mentor less experienced colleagues, helping them build their technical capabilities.

At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow industry and project experience.
A solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple modules.
Strong hands-on knowledge of workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
A strong willingness to learn and actively share knowledge with others.
Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery methods.
Experience with infrastructure operations, migrations, and ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
A university degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
