Function

As an Intermediary, you are responsible for the entire process: from maintaining client relationships to finding and guiding candidates. You know what's going on with clients and effortlessly translate this into concrete job openings. At the same time, you speak with candidates, conduct intake interviews, and ensure they start their new roles well-prepared.
You continuously switch between different requests and functions, making no two days the same. Your commercial mindset and people skills allow you to make the right matches. Additionally, you actively contribute to making processes smarter and more efficient, ensuring both clients and candidates are optimally supported.

Job Requirements

What is expected of you?

• Experience as a recruiter or employment consultant
• A commercial institution and sense of responsibility
• You work independently and dare to make decisions
• You bring energy and enthusiasm to your work.
• You easily switch between different conversation partners.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
