We're looking for a customer-centric and technically skilled Presales Consultant - Physical Security to join our growing team in the UAE. If you're passionate about security technologies, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and thrive in a consultative environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across some of the region's most exciting projects.
As a trusted technical advisor, you'll work closely with our sales teams, channel partners, vendors, and end customers to develop and position best-in-class physical security solutions.
Understanding customer business and security requirements and translating them into effective solution designs.
Providing technical consultation across CCTV, video management systems, access control, analytics, AI-enabled surveillance, and integrated security solutions.
Delivering product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Supporting sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including solution design, sizing, bill of materials creation, and technical proposal preparation.
Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure technically sound and commercially competitive solutions.
Staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive market developments.
Supporting partner enablement through technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience in a Presales, Solutions Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting role within the physical security industry.
Strong knowledge of video surveillance, access control systems, security management platforms, networking fundamentals, and security architectures.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience conducting customer meetings, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant vendor certifications within the physical security ecosystem are an advantage.

We could manage to provide them with 20 fully equipped tents, blankets, pillows, clothing, and solar lights ensuring that they have warm and suitable attire to cope with the challenging circumstances.

Ingram Micro has set its 10 to Zero initiative to achieve three major operational milestones- zero greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs), zero waste, and zero recordable safety incidents - by 2030. We started the campaign of collecting plastic bottles for recycling in 2022, and in 2023 we have collected around 3890 bottles.
About Ingram Micro's 10 to Zero initiative, we started the charity closet campaign in 2022 to collect clean or gently used clothing to help less privileged people and in 2023 we collected around 550 kilos.
