Director, Category Management & Growth Strategy
Shape Tomorrow Through Growth, Strategy, and Innovation
At Ingram Micro, we help businesses realize the promise of technology. We're seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to drive growth across a portfolio of networking, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure vendors.
This role will lead the strategy and performance of an underdeveloped portfolio with significant growth potential. The ideal candidate can identify where to invest limited resources, build strong vendor partnerships, leverage data to make decisions, and develop strategies that drive measurable business results.
We're looking for a leader who combines learning agility, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to launch growth initiatives, identify repeatable successes, and scale those outcomes across a broad vendor portfolio.
If you thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, embrace AI and innovation, and enjoy building growth plans from the ground up, we'd like to meet you.
This is a hybrid role that can be based at any of the following Ingram Micro office locations (onsite 3 days/week; remote 2 days/week):
- Buffalo, NY
- Scottsdale, AZ
- Greer, SC
